Course Reservation & Payment Terms
 
All reservations for course places must be made using either the Imaging Innovated Limited online system, by face to face card payment or by card transaction over the phone. Once a course place is reserved, a reservation confirmation email will be generated, at which point a contract will come into existence. The reservation confirmation email will state the order reference, a link to the reservation details and a link to pay if offline payment option is selected. 

Once a reservation has been made for a course place whether paid in full or payment pending, the place is held unless Imaging Innovated Ltd is notified to cancel the reservation and acknowledges such notification and all cancellation terms will apply (see below).

Payment, if not made at time of reservation, is due 10 clear days prior to course commencement, or 14 days post invoice date, whichever is earlier. 

In the case of late payment, admission to the course is at the complete discretion of Imaging Innovated Limited.

Imaging Innovated Limited reserves the right to refuse entry if full payment for the course has not been received by 10 clear days prior to course commencement.

Imaging Innovated Limited reserves the right to release course places to other delegates if payment is not received by 10 clear days prior to course commencement. 

In the event of delegate cancellation within 10 days of course commencement we reserve the right to charge the full value of the course place if payment has not been received and we are unable to fill the cancelled space 

In the event of a delegate not making any payment to us by the due date we may charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 8% a year above the base lending rate of the Bank of England from time to time. This interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. The delegate must pay Imaging Innovated Limited interest together with any overdue amount. 

Any discounts available at the time of booking will only be valid if full payment is made at the time of course registration or within the specified terms as appropriate.

Cancellations

Cancellations with full refund will only be accepted if made in writing and received at least 14 days prior to the course start date. 

Cancellations received between 10-14 days prior to the course start date will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the course fee.

Cancellations received less than 10 clear days prior to the course commencement date will incur the full course fee.

Transfers

Delegates are able to transfer a confirmed course booking between course dates provided that notification is received at least 14 days prior to the original course date. Without exception, individual places may be transferred once only, otherwise the full course fee will be payable. Transfers to an alternative course date will remain on the same booking and will not affect the original invoice and payment due date. An alternative course date must be chosen by the delegate and attended within 12 months from the original course date, otherwise a new full course fee will be payable. Any discount offered at the time of the original booking will need to be applied to an alternative course date within 12 months of the original course date. 
 
Early Bird Discount

We reserve the right to waive any discounts advertised in the event of failure to meet the conditions of course reservation and payment.

Substitution

A substitute delegate may take the place of another delegate free of charge provided that the request is made in writing at least 10 clear days prior to the course date, otherwise a £20 administration fee will be charged.
 
Course Suitability

The delegate accepts that it is their responsibility to ensure that the course meets the needs of the delegate and that the delegate has the necessary prerequisite skill level to be able to achieve the course objectives. If the delegate has any doubts about the suitability of the course they should discuss this with Imaging Innovated Limited in advance of their booking.
 
Course Amendments

Imaging Innovated Limited reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course. In the event of cancellation all monies paid in respect of that course will be refunded or credited, provided that the delegate has complied with the terms herein. Additionally, Imaging Innovated Limited reserves the right to amend the content, schedule and / or venue without prior notification.

Personal Property

Imaging Innovated Limited cannot accept responsibility for any personal belongings at any course. Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the owner.
 
Delegate Attitude

It is assumed that all delegates will attend the course with the intention of gaining maximum benefit, however if any delegate behaves in a way which is detrimental to the course or any other delegate(s), Imaging Innovated Limited reserves the right to expel the delegate(s) from the course. In these circumstances there will be no refund.

Liability

Imaging Innovated Limited reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient number of delegates registered for that course. In this case the only liability of Imaging Innovated Limited shall be to refund the delegate’s course fee. Imaging Innovated  shall not be liable for failure to perform its duties due to accident, death, illness, industrial dispute, and third party default or for any reason outside of our reasonable control.

Imaging Innovated Limited's liability for loss or damage, howsoever arising, will be limited to a claim for damages for a maximum amount equivalent to the delegate’s course fees for the course on which the loss or damage occurred.
Imaging Innovated Limited will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss of profit or data howsoever arising.

Delegates retain full responsibility as professionals for their actions. No liability is accepted by Imaging Innovated for any actions undertaken by a delegate within their practice as a result of attendance at the course. 
 
Copyright

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials, course content and branding shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Imaging Innovated Limited. No part of the course materials, course content or branding may be reproduced in any way nor stored in electronic form or transmitted by any means without written permission in advance from Imaging Innovated Limited.
 
Quality

Imaging Innovated Limited wish to ensure all delegates meet the training objectives set down for the course. All delegates will be asked to complete a confidential course assessment on completion along with current contact details.
