Imaging Innovated provide Radiology Courses, Training and Support for healthcare professionals using medical
imaging.
We currently provide MRI courses and CT courses for Radiographers, courses in musculoskeletal imaging,
referral and interpretation, Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and Radiation Protection including IRMER and RPS training for Doctors, Radiographers, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Dental
Practices.
All of these courses are designed to improve patient outcomes by improving safety, better use of imaging,
improved support in clinical diagnoses and improved legislative adherence.
Our MSK Imaging Referral
and Interpretation Course provides support for referrers including GPs and Physiotherapists, ensuring that the most appropriate imaging is used at the optimal time in the patient's care
pathway.

The full programme consists of three, live interactive online courses, each 2xhalf days, considering MSK imaging use in Upper Limb, Lower Limb or Spine. Each course uses case studies to investigate
relevant common conditions and pathologies with clinical presentations and associated imaging.
The Fundamental Skills in
CT and MRI Courses for Radiographers provide the building blocks to successfully apply knowledge and skills to use MRI and CT in everyday practice. Having a key focus on clinical scenario based
learning, these courses consist of two, live interactive online study days utilising breakout rooms and polling sessions. In addition, a self paced e-learning programme is included between the first
and second study days. This e-learning is offered with course lead feedback and interaction with delegates throughout. This supports continual learning and development over the full
period.

RPS courses are suitable for all referrers of patients for imaging, including Doctors, Nurses, AHP referrers (including First Contact Practitioners) plus practitioners including Radiographers,
Chiropractors and Dental Practices.
These courses will
provide you with the skills and information to ensure safe and cost effective use of x-ray imaging for your patients, provide awareness of key changes in the Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure)
Regulations 2017 (IRMER) and Ionising Radiation Regulations 2017 (IRR) and ensure compliance with this legislative framework.
